What we collect

We use your email for sign-in and service messages. When you upload a call, we process the recording, transcript, note, contact match and follow-up task to provide Callfiled. We also keep basic usage and billing records. We do not run analytics or advertising pixels.

Where call data goes

Vercel stores private audio and runs the app. Neon stores account and call records. OpenAI writes notes and may transcribe paid calls when the local worker is delayed. OpenAI API data is not used to train its models. Resend sends sign-in and service emails. Cloudflare checks free-tool submissions.

Retention

Audio is deleted after transcription. Transcripts and notes are deleted after 30 days. Free-tool notes are deleted after 24 hours. CRM credentials are deleted when you disconnect or close the account.

Sharing

We send a note and task to the CRM connection you choose. We do not sell call data. We do not use recordings for voiceprints or model training.
