Callfiled is a Barakat Labs product, operated by Adham Barakat.

Your account and recordings

You are responsible for the recordings you upload and for confirming any consent required for recording and processing. Keep your sign-in links and CRM credentials private. You choose the CRM connection and can disconnect it at any time.

Service

Callfiled generates notes from recordings and files them when it can identify the right contact. Review the result before relying on it. If a contact match is uncertain, you must choose a contact before filing.

Billing

Prices are shown on the pricing page. A card checkout is sold by the merchant of record named on your receipt. Payoneer payments are manually credited and do not renew automatically. Monthly minutes reset each month; top-ups do not expire.

Refunds

For a billing or refund request, email hello@barakatlabs.com with the account email and receipt. Card purchases also follow the merchant of record’s refund process.
